Film-making, Digital Effects and Video Techniques
By now you've heard of, and/or seen 'Avatar' the digital, 3D sci-fi epic from Academy Award-winning 'Titanic' director, James Cameron. This film follows a war veteran named Jake Sully (actor Sam Worthington), who gets called to the depths of space to take up the job of his slain twin brother for the scientific arm of a mega-corporation looking to mine the planet of Pandora for a valued ore. ~ Synopsis, MSN Movies
It's a visually stunning film, created with a mix of live-action performances and computer-generated effects. One of my favorites, Adobe software, was used to make the movie 'Avatar'.
