Today's feature: 5 Things You May Not Know About Indesign CS5

Hello, Friends! Let's listen and watch as Adobe Evangelist, Terry White details five (5) things about InDesign CS5 that are useful for everyday work.

(1) Rulers/Guides: InDesign horizontal and vertical rulers/guides can be established simultaneously, rather than separately.

(2) Reversed P Icon: InDesign lets you know when images have been flipped with a reversed icon of the letter 'p'. This is very valuable for making sure your image doesn't have reversed logos and backwards text.

(3) Eyedropper Tool: The eyedropper tool can be used to capture colors from your image to use in text, for example. Don't forget to add that color as a swatch.

(4) Rectangle Option: In the Rectangle option you can type measurements in inches or other dimension types and the system automatically converts the measurements.

(5) Preview Mode: Working in 'Preview Mode' turns off all the things in the display that will not print.
